1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoShorts Pro ("Service", "we", "us", or "our") at autoshorts.shop or through our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AutoShorts Pro. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Service Description
AutoShorts Pro is an AI-powered video creation platform that enables users to:
- Generate short-form videos using artificial intelligence
- Publish videos directly to connected social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Use voice-based AI assistants to create and manage video content
- Monitor viral topics via automated surveillance agents
- Schedule and manage a content publishing calendar
The Service uses third-party AI providers including Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, Kling AI, and Google Veo to generate content. Availability of specific features may vary by subscription plan.
3 User Accounts
Registration
You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use the Service.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@autoshorts.shop if you suspect unauthorized access.
One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or account suspensions is prohibited.
4 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (topics, scripts, preferences). By using the Service, you grant AutoShorts Pro a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that your content does not:
- Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Contain defamatory, harassing, or illegal material
- Violate the terms of any connected social media platform
- Contain personally identifiable information of others without consent
5 AI-Generated Content
Videos, scripts, thumbnails, and other content generated by the Service using artificial intelligence ("AI Content") are provided as-is. You acknowledge that:
- AI Content may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing
- Ownership and copyright of AI-generated content may be subject to ongoing legal interpretation
- AutoShorts Pro does not guarantee that AI Content is free from third-party intellectual property claims
- You are solely responsible for any AI Content you publish to social media platforms
⚠️ Important: Always review AI-generated content before publishing. You bear full responsibility for published content, including compliance with platform community guidelines.
7 Payments & Billing
Subscription Plans
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Free Tier
The Starter plan is free with limits (3 videos/month). We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Add-On Credits
AI video generation credits (Kling AI, Google Veo) are purchased separately and are consumed upon video generation. Unused credits expire 12 months from purchase.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.
8 Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate disinformation, deepfakes, or misleading content about real people or events
- Produce content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or violent
- Spam, flood, or abuse social media platforms via automated publishing
- Circumvent platform rate limits, API restrictions, or terms of service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the Service's source code or AI models
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
9 Intellectual Property
The AutoShorts Pro name, logo, website, App, and underlying technology are owned by AutoShorts Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without express written permission.
Stock footage provided via Pexels, Pixabay, or similar sources is licensed separately under their respective licenses. AI-generated video content created via Kling AI or Google Veo is subject to those providers' terms.
10 Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AUTOSHORTS PRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure
- AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose
- Videos will be successfully published to third-party platforms
- The Service will meet your specific business or creative requirements
11 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOSHORTS PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12 Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Sections covering Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules.
